Cortina and the Tre Cime, 120 km in relief: a 27 × 18 cm map carved from a solid block of lime wood after the real terrain (Dolomites · Cortina d'Ampezzo, Italy). The route, 120 km and 5,800 m of elevation gain, is laser-engraved onto the milled wood, pass after pass. Follows the Lavaredo Ultra Trail® course (~120 km). Independent product, not affiliated with the organiser; Lavaredo Ultra Trail® is a trademark of its owner. Each map is milled on request in our workshop in Haute-Savoie: roughing with a flat end mill, a finishing pass that follows every ridge, then the laser for the route. It comes in an A4 frame; the relief rises more than 3 cm out of it.
